Mayor of Arganda del Rey Visits Finanzauto’s New Headquarters

The Mayor of Arganda del Rey, Guillermo Hita, accompanied by Irenio Vara, Councilor for Employment and Industry, visited Finanzauto’s new headquarters this morning.

Pierre-Nicola Fovini, CEO of Finanzauto, along with Carlos Morales, Planning Director, and José Ignacio Gil, Facility Manager, welcomed the visitors. During the visit, Pierre-Nicola Fovini received a commemorative plaque from the Mayor in recognition of the company’s 54 years of presence in the municipality.

The investment in the new offices exceeded 7 million euros, demonstrating the company’s and Grupo TESYA’s commitment to innovation, business development, and people.

During the tour, Finanzauto presented the project, which included not only the renovation of the building’s finishes and coverings, but also the enhancement of the physical space and layout of the floors. The new headquarters reflects a strong commitment to renewable energy, featuring a photovoltaic solar installation and a centralized climate control system for both heating and cooling, using geothermal heat pumps. This solution eliminates gas consumption and significantly reduces the building’s electricity usage.

Following this renovation, the company is already planning future expansions, clearly supporting the “Made in Spain” brand and contributing to the development of Arganda del Rey and the local community.
