During the tour, Díaz Ayuso emphasized the importance of investment in infrastructure and the contribution of companies like Finanzauto to regional economic development and job creation. She also expressed her support for initiatives that promote modernization and efficiency in the construction sector.
For his part, Pierre-Nicola Fovini, CEO of Finanzauto, stated:
"These new facilities are a true reflection of Finanzauto’s ongoing commitment to Madrid and to Spain as a whole. This commitment remains steadfast after more than 80 years contributing to the country’s growth and development. We aim to continue working alongside public institutions to drive innovation and sustainability in the construction sector."
Recently, two new centers have been inaugurated within the headquarters campus:
- The New Rental Headquarters, dedicated to machinery and equipment rented for various projects.
- The Engine Rebuild Center, where we extend the lifecycle of equipment, significantly reducing raw material consumption and energy expenditure associated with manufacturing new components.
"The culture of ownership is evolving into a culture of use, with clients increasingly opting to rent machines rather than purchase them. These new facilities bring us closer to becoming a leading company and global provider of rental solutions across the Mediterranean, promoting the transition to a more sustainable economy," added Fovini.
In addition to these two buildings, the President of the Community of Madrid toured the area designated for the future FSA Operator School and Client Center. This new facility, with an investment exceeding one million euros, will be equipped with simulators that replicate the operation of various machines and scenarios, eliminating risks during practical training while making it more sustainable through emissions savings. Isabel Díaz Ayuso praised the initiative, highlighting the importance of specialized training for the sector and its positive impact on employability and work quality.
These initiatives reflect Finanzauto’s commitment to environmental sustainability and sustainable economic growth, aligned with the Sustainable
